How do I choose the right robe size?

Our sizes run XS to XXXL and fit by your dog's weight and back length. XS fits dogs up to 5kg (e.g. Chihuahua, toy breeds). S fits up to 10kg (Miniature Dachshund, Bichon). M fits up to 20kg (Cocker Spaniel, Whippet). L fits up to 30kg (Border Collie, Labrador). XL and above cover larger breeds. If your dog is between sizes, size up — the Velcro adjusts.

Is the robe machine washable?

Yes. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low. The microfiber retains full absorbency for 200+ washes. Do not iron or dry clean.

How does the paw washer work?

Fill the cup about halfway with water, insert each paw, and twist gently — the silicone bristles lift mud, sand, and salt from between toes and paw pads. Rinse and repeat. Takes about 5 seconds per paw.

What size paw washer should I get?

S fits paws up to approximately 6cm wide (small to medium breeds). L fits paws up to 9cm (large breeds). If you're ordering the Complete Kit, we auto-match the paw washer size to your robe selection.

How long does shipping take?
